Green coffee is the fruit of a plant, which grows in special climatic conditions. Each country has its own unique soil and climate characteristics that influence the characteristics of green coffee itself. The main types of coffee that dominate the market are:

Arabica coffee has a large oval or elongated been with a dark green colour, is sweet, quite dense, rich in aromas and slightly acidic, with low caffeine content.

Robusta coffee has relatively small grains, 5 - 8 mm long, and round. This coffee is full-bodied, less dense, and less aromatic than Arabica coffee. Contains twice as much caffeine as Arabic coffee.
